Louise Prinjha
Chair
Louise joined Integration Support as a trustee in 2023 and became Interim Chair in July 2024. She brings a valuable mix of professional expertise, voluntary service, and personal insight to the role.
She volunteers with the Refugee Council’s information line, supporting newly granted refugees and asylum seekers with essential guidance. Louise has also worked for many years as a GP in the local community and is currently a Medical Advisor for the Ministry of Justice.
Her personal life reflects her commitment to inclusion—married to a British Indian and raising four dual-heritage children, Louise understands the importance of cultural integration and representation.
This lived experience, combined with her professional and voluntary background, drives her dedication to Integration Support’s mission: to support, empower and enable refugees, asylum seekers, migrants, and other ethnically diverse communities on their journey towards successful integration.

Miglena Trangos
Trustee
Miglena is a passionate advocate for community support and integration, with over a decade of experience in social work, life coaching, and volunteering.
Her journey began in Bulgaria, where she led social projects, taught English, distributed essential supplies, and organised community events. She holds a degree in Theology, a Life Coaching qualification, and a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology.
In the UK, Miglenahas volunteered with Barnardo’s and Safer Places, offering pro-bono coaching to single parents and women affected by domestic abuse. For the past four years, she has worked as a Social Prescriber with the Primary Care Network, supporting patients’ social, economic, and mental health needs across three GP practices.
Her work regularly involves connecting refugees and migrants with vital services and helping them integrate into the community. In August 2024, she joined Integration Support’s Trustee Board, where her values and experience strongly align with the charity’s mission to empower and uplift.
Dzuliana Luksa-Soltanovic
Trustee
Dzuliana has worked in the third sector for over eight years, specialising in philanthropy and fundraising for national charities such as Macmillan Cancer Support and Mind.
Her commitment to refugee support deepened during her time at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), where she saw first-hand the challenges displaced people face—from stigma and discrimination to a lack of basic resources.
Supporting this community has always been a passion. When the opportunity arose to join Integration Support, she was delighted to become a trustee of a charity with a bold vision, a committed team, and a strong network of allies.
She brings strategic insight, fundraising expertise, and a deep understanding of the importance of timely support. As a trustee, Dzuliana is dedicated to advancing Integration Support’s mission to support, empower, and enable refugees, asylum seekers, migrants, and ethnically diverse communities on their journey to successful integration.
Humaira Aftab Qureshi
Trustee
Humaira is a seasoned Senior Executive in the Life Sciences industry, with over 25 years of experience working with pharmaceutical organisations to protect patient safety. She has worked closely with private equity investors and played key roles in business transformation through technology and automation.
Alongside her corporate career, Humaira contributes to several charity boards and advisory groups in Lahore, Pakistan, supporting initiatives that align with her values of service and social impact.
Born in Harlow to Pakistani immigrant parents, Humaira has deep personal ties to the local community. She is actively involved with the Harlow Islamic Centre, where she promotes community cohesion and a sense of belonging for all.
In 2024, she joined the Trustee Board of Integration Support, where her leadership experience, cultural insight, and commitment to inclusion contribute to the charity’s mission of supporting refugees, asylum seekers, migrants, and ethnically diverse communities on their journey to integration.

David Tucker

I’m David Tucker. I’m a husband, a dad, and I work as an IT leader for a global financial services company. I am passionate about fairness and making sure everyone in my community is treated with dignity. That’s why I’m really glad to support Integration Services and the fantastic work they do with refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants. Being a trustee feels like a meaningful way to give back, and it is a privilege to do my part in helping people feel welcomed and supported and integrated into my community.
Lisa Wagner
Trustee
Lisa is a commercial leader with 25 years’ experience in the technology sector. She has held senior roles across global software and telecommunications organisations, working on cross‑functional programmes, commercial excellence, driving operational improvements, strategy and major change initiatives. Her career has taken her across the world, and she has lived in Canada, Thailand, Hong Kong, France and Singapore.
Lisa is committed to Integration Support's mission and believes social mobility starts with giving people a fair chance to build a stable life. She sees integration as a practical way to help immigrants and refugees gain the grounding they need to move forward and contribute confidently to their new communities.
Outside her professional work, Lisa is a mentor at You Make It, a reparative justice organisation that supports women from racialised communities in inner‑city London.
The Team
Marina Dunjeva
CEO
Marina became CEO of Integration Support in December 2022, bringing extensive experience in volunteer coordination and community support. She previously led the Supported Volunteering project at Voluntary Action Epping Forest (VAEF) and worked as a Volunteer Coordinator at Barnardo’s.
Originally from Latvia, Marina studied Social Sciences and Economics before moving to the UK. Since arriving, she has been deeply committed to helping others settle—offering support, guidance, and community connections. She also founded and ran a club for Russian-speaking children, creating a safe space for cultural learning and friendship.
Her own experience as a migrant fuels her passion for supporting individuals and families to achieve positive outcomes. She believes language is central to empowerment and integration.

Elanie Kong
Operations Manager
Elanie joined Integration Support in March 2023, bringing a strong background in HR and office management, as well as a deep commitment to supporting diverse communities. She previously worked for over five years as an HR & Office Manager at a financial company in Hong Kong, where she thrived in a multicultural team environment.
As a migrant herself, Elanie understands the emotional and practical challenges of starting life in a new country. Her personal journey has given her a strong appreciation for the power of empathy, community, and accessible support during times of transition.
Driven by this experience and passion, Elanie is proud to be part of Integration Support—a charity dedicated to empowering asylum seekers, refugees, and migrants. In her role as Operations Manager, she helps ensure the smooth running of services that make a real difference in people’s lives.
Kinga Betancourt Canas
Family Support Worker
Originally from Poland, Kinga began her journey with Integration Support in 2020 as a Playworker and food delivery volunteer during the COVID-19 pandemic. With a background in childcare and a natural ability to connect with children, she plays a key role in our Saturday Club—bringing creativity, empathy, and active listening to every session.
In 2021, Kinga became a Family Support Worker, driven by her passion for helping others and her desire for continuous professional growth. She loves her work and believes deeply in the power of support to transform lives.
Kinga regularly attends training to enhance her skills, recently completing courses in Paediatric First Aid, Advanced Safeguarding, and Domestic Abuse. She is also a Hate Crime Ambassador, advocating for safer and more inclusive communities.
Kinga believes that with the right support, individuals and families can make meaningful, lasting changes—and she’s proud to be part of that journey at Integration Support.
Leyla Ozgul
Immigration Advisor
Originally from Turkey, Leyla began her journey with Integration Support as a volunteer, supporting the Women’s Conversation Club. Her dedication and strong community focus soon led her to take on the role of Caseworker, where she provided practical support to individuals navigating complex systems.
Driven by a passion for helping others and a deep understanding of the migrant experience, Leyla completed her training and successfully qualified as a Level 1 Immigration Advisor.
Since moving to the UK, Leyla has been a trusted source of support within her community—helping family, friends, and others apply for schools and nurseries, access the NHS, apply for benefits, and understand the immigration system. She has also frequently stepped in as an interpreter, bridging language gaps with compassion and care.
Leyla brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her role, making her a vital part of Integration Support’s mission to empower and guide those starting new lives in the UK.
Liza Orlova
Community Development Worker & Playworker
Originally from Ukraine, Liza arrived in the UK as a refugee and has since become a dedicated member of the Integration Support team. While helping her own family settle—navigating formal systems and learning English—she began volunteering at our Saturday Club, where she led craft activities and games for children. Her kindness and initiative were recognised by Barnardo’s, who awarded her a certificate for being a supportive young person.
Liza studied at college and is now continuing her education at university, specialising in Childcare—a field that aligns perfectly with her passion for working with children and families. She joined the team as a Playworker and soon took on a second role as Community Development Worker, supporting a project for Ukrainian refugees.
In this role, she helps the Ukrainian community connect, stay informed, and navigate life in the UK. Her lived experience and compassion make her a valued part of the team.
Dina Volcov
Caseworker
Originally from Moldova, Dina is a dedicated and ambitious member of the Integration Support team. Her journey in the UK began with volunteering for Barnardo’s while also working and learning English—demonstrating her determination and drive for personal and professional growth.
Before moving to the UK, Dina worked in occupational therapy and physiotherapy at a centre for children, where she developed strong skills in care, communication, and support. Highly organised and always striving for excellence, she thrives on challenges and is committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for those she supports.
Now working as a Caseworker, Dina provides information, advice, and guidance to people from all walks of life. She is passionate about helping others integrate and thrive in their new communities.
Dina strongly resonates with Integration Support’s mission and brings compassion, focus, and a deep commitment to empowering refugees, asylum seekers, migrants, and ethnically diverse communities.
Yasmin Raza
Caseworker
Yasmin is passionate about helping people improve their lives, believing that everyone needs a little support at times. She finds it rewarding to be part of a team that helps others build better futures and enjoys connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Originally from Pakistan, Yasmin moved to the UK as a child. Her lived experience has shaped her deep commitment to empowering others—particularly women. She is passionate about helping women regain their confidence, feel heard, and recognise their worth, especially those who have felt overlooked or undervalued.
Yasmin brings creativity and empathy to her work, often incorporating her love for arts and crafts into community engagement. As a Caseworker at Integration Support, she provides advice and practical support to those navigating life in a new country.
Her compassion and belief in human potential are central to everything she does.
Adam Bruton
Caseworker
Adam began his journey with Integration Support in 2018 as a volunteer Teaching Assistant. A year later, he became the English Learning Coordinator, helping newcomers and long-term residents alike improve their English and gain confidence in daily life.
In 2024, Adam stepped into the role of Caseworker, bringing with him valuable experience from both his teaching role and his previous career as a police officer. His calm, empathetic approach and problem-solving skills help service users navigate the challenges of life in the UK—from housing and benefits to accessing key services.
Adam is known for going above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcomes. He values the opportunity to learn from the people he supports and appreciates the richness of different cultures and backgrounds.
Always ready to listen, Adam is a steady, supportive presence—not only for service users but also for his colleagues at Integration Support.
Yuliia Yurdakavushan
Community Development Worker
Yuliia joined Integration Support in February 2026, bringing extensive experience in event management and community engagement. From an early age, she demonstrated a strong commitment to organising and participating in educational and community initiatives, which later shaped her professional career.
She holds a degree in Leisure Industry Management from the University of Culture and previously worked at a Naval Military Lyceum in Ukraine, where she coordinated educational and cultural programmes.
Since relocating to the United Kingdom, Yuliia has been actively involved in supporting the Ukrainian community through the organisation of events that promote integration, inclusion, and cultural connection. She is dedicated to fostering collaborative and supportive community environments.
Matt White
Community Development Worker
Matt is a qualified teacher with a background in Art, Design, and Technology. At Integration Support, he brings creativity and compassion to his role as a Community Development Worker, delivering engaging art sessions for adults. These sessions not only help participants express themselves and develop new skills, but also support mental wellbeing and build confidence.
In addition to teaching art, Matt supports people learning English—offering patient, personalised guidance and adapting to each individual’s learning style. English learners especially appreciate his clear pronunciation and often try to mirror his native speaker’s accent.
Matt also helps individuals begin their volunteering journey, connect with the community, and explore the local area. Whether it’s a small step or a big milestone, he finds joy in every positive change.
His calm, supportive approach helps people feel welcome, included, and empowered as they build new lives in the UK.
Alireza Fallahi
Caseworker
Ali brings lived experience as a refugee and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those seeking safety and a fresh start. With over two years of frontline work supporting asylum seekers, refugees, and migrants in the UK, he offers compassionate, practical guidance through complex systems. Fluent in Farsi, English, Arabic, and Urdu, Ali builds trust and breaks down language barriers, ensuring no one feels left behind.
He has worked with community organisations such as Epping Forest Food Bank, where he strengthened his skills in advocacy and support. Before moving to the UK, Ali worked at the National Bank in Iran and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, as well as a Diploma in Mathematics and Physics. Ali is passionate about empowering others on their journey to integration and independence.
